TR3/4 Block, oversize liners, Moldex crankshaft, Chrysler rear crank seal, Scat H-Beam connecting rods with ARP 2000 bolts, Wiseco forged pistons, Erson 23 cam, adjustable cam gear, BFE lifters, pushrods, springs, and retainers. TR4A cylinder head, milled, staked, slightly ported, stainless steel valves and bronze guides. Roller rocker arms, hardened shaft with supported ends. Uprated timing chain and tensioner. Light weight steel flywheel, heavy duty MGB pressure plate and TR4A clutch disc. Custom 4-1 exhaust header with 36 inch primaries, reinforced TR4 intake manifold, HS6 carbs with 5 inch diam. air horns. Uprated water pump with custom Gilmer Belt drive. Points ignition, Pertronix coil, remote Canton oil filter, Earl’s 10 row oil cooler, two quart Accusump with electric/pressure valve, and gear reduction starter.

Morgan was run on the chassis dynamometer at Doug Rippie Motorsports in July 2014 and the engine produced 150 rear wheel HP at 6000 rpm.

Standard Moss 4 speed with the wide ratio gearing (1.37 3rd gear).
A close ratio (1.21 3rd) gearset is also provided.

Fuel Safe 10 gallon fuel cell (new bladder in 2013), Facet electric fuel pump, Holley regulator, 5/16 in. fuel line runs outside of the frame.

Roll Bar Structure consists of the Main Hoop, Diagonal, Rear Supports to the rear crossmember, Cowl Hoop, Cockpit Side tubes, and Forward Supports with rod ends. Custom Front Frame of heavier material and zero KPI.

Custom Griffin aluminum radiator, Super Sports water routing with custom header tank, custom water outlet at rear of the head, Spal electric puller fan.

Discs on front (11 in. diam.), aftermarket calipers, stock Girling rear with Datsun aluminum drums. Dual Tilton master cylinders and balance bar in a custom pedal.

Morgan Sliding Pillar, custom front spindles with AMC stub axles, stiffer upper springs and shorter rebound springs, Koni shocks, custom tie rod.

Stock Salisbury 3HA axle, 3.73 ratio, locked (welded) differential, re-arched leaf springs, custom Watt’s Linkage, custom traction bars mounted above axle, QA1 tube shocks.

Kiezer aluminum wheels, 15×6, Hoosier 205×15 Speedster tires.
